Last year I ran a survey to find out about difficulties Five Dock residents were having with their mobile phone reception. Since then, I’ve been working with the major telecommunication companies to help improve mobile reception in the area.

Thanks to our advocacy, two new mobile facilities will be built in Five Dock. One of those facilities has been ‘switched’ on and is now taking traffic. The other facility will be constructed in coming months.
Thanks to members of the community who contacted me and filled in my survey to improve the terrible mobile phone coverage.
